Responsibilities

  • Lead an onboarding organization across EMEA
  • Create models and plans for how we onboard customers, focusing on Customer Experience, Time to onboard, and Process Consistency
  • Drive metrics across our EMEA team
  • Report out on business needs and work with onboarding leadership to create smooth transitions from prospect to long-time customer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Track record of achieving metrics and developing successful expansion plans.
  • Experience introducing and launching new technologies/strategies into existing operating models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working on a remote team.
  • Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Fintech or HRtech experience.
  • Multilingual.
