Job description

Responsibilities

  • Originate, manage and grow a defined book of Escrow and TPMA clients across legal, property, construction and corporate sectors.
  • Drive new revenue and recurring growth, balancing acquisition with long-term retention.
  • Design and structure complex, compliant Escrow solutions in collaboration with legal, compliance and operations.
  • Develop and manage introducer/referral networks (law firms, developers, CSPs, advisors).
  • Own pipeline end-to-end with CRM hygiene, accurate data and transparent reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
  • Provide market insight to inform product development, pricing and positioning.
  • Represent Interpolitan at client meetings and industry events, maintaining trust and credibility.
  • Take full accountability for commercial performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years experience
  • Escrow / TPMA
  • Transaction banking
  • Existing introducer network
  • SRA/FCA knowledge
