Responsibilities

• Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of clients.
• Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region.
• Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume and behavior.
• Create comprehensive and analytical reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and perform well under pressure.
• Passionate about crypto.
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
