What this job involves:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with company's objectives and audience insights.
• Lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
• Create compelling and innovative campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve performance goals.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, digital marketing trends, and platform algorithms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
