Responsibilities
- Drive overall marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and accelerate market presence.
- Work closely with the Founders and CEO to develop growth strategies, roadmaps, and marketing vision.
- Scope, hire, and build out a marketing team.
- Build and optimise internal marketing playbooks and implement best in class practices.
- Develop and execute ongoing growth strategies for existing brands and drive implementation.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new brands and product sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable web3 interest and previous exposure.
- Proven ability to lead and scale marketing teams in a fast-growth, remote-first environment.
- Understanding of managing complex portfolios with multiple brands, customer audiences, and conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic mindset (EQ/IQ blend).
- Comfortable working in agile, community-driven environments.

- Thrives in start-up and ambiguous environments.
- Highly process and detail-oriented, balancing high-level and micro-level oversight.
