Country Manager, UAE

Description

Responsibilities

• Source, build and manage commercial opportunities across both the drone delivery and inspection sectors. This may include: offshore energy drone deliveries, medical deliveries, powerline inspection or drone-in-a-box surveillance.
• Work closely with Skyports’ existing UAE partners based in Abu Dhabi.
• Build world class operational and technology teams, overseeing effective and efficient day-to-day drone operations.
• Work closely with Skyports Drone Services’ Functional Heads located in London across: Regulation, Technology, Flight Operations, Safety and Project Management.

Requirements

• Experience growing a company’s presence in a new market – Middle East experience is preferable.
• Experience working in high-growth companies.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
• Experience working in B2B sales with long sales cycles.
• Experience working in aviation and/or drones.
• Ability to embrace discomfort and navigate ambiguity.
