Responsibilities Guide our customers through the change management process of implementing our Global Payroll Product. Monitor key performance metrics and milestones across your book of business. Provide expert guidance and support to customers on payroll compliance matters.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles, preferably within the HR or Payroll Industry. Must have working knowledge of Global Payroll.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll Software and other relevant tools is preferred. Additional language skills are a plus.
