Description
The Customer Success Management team at Sift is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption of Sift’s Digital Trust & Safety solutions. This role involves understanding customer business challenges, demonstrating the value Sift provides, being a product expert, and acting as a customer advocate.
Responsibilities
- Understand the customer’s business challenges.
- Demonstrate the value Sift is providing through strategic business reviews.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Sift’s product offerings.
- Represent customers internally and drive value realization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
- Strong business acumen and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem.
- Experience owning a book of business and running strategic business reviews.
