Description

The Customer Success Management team at Sift is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption of Sift’s Digital Trust & Safety solutions. This role involves understanding customer business challenges, demonstrating the value Sift provides, being a product expert, and acting as a customer advocate.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s business challenges.
  • Demonstrate the value Sift is providing through strategic business reviews.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Sift’s product offerings.
  • Represent customers internally and drive value realization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams across multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem.
  • Experience owning a book of business and running strategic business reviews.
