Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent support across chat, emails, and phone.
  • Developing expert knowledge of the Hofy platform.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues/bugs.
  • Advocating for customers internally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support.
  • Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
