As a Danish Speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates for our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English
• Prior experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
• Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently
