Data Automation Specialist (Internal Communications team)

Responsibilities

• Automate data collection and processing for internal communications channels (Slack where API access is restricted, Confluence page views, internal event surveys)
• Implement named tracking in Google Analytics for key internal materials (e.g., quarterly digests)
• Connect, clean and transform data into Google Sheets dashboards
• Design and deploy a highly automated data pipeline with minimal manual effort
• Research and propose robust automation and tracking methods given platform limitations
• Deliver clear, visualized reports and dashboard templates for the Internal Communications team

Preferred Qualifications
