Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Visa Value-Added Services (VAS) field marketing, focusing on demand generation for seller-side audiences (merchant and acquirer acceptance across payment processing, tokenization, fraud, and risk).
  • Oversee planning and execution of all field marketing activities for VAS in CEMEA, ensuring initiatives support business growth and priorities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing programs with business goals, drive new revenue, and cross/upsell.
  • Adapt and implement Acceptance Solutions marketing plans in the region using a globally defined model—leverage best practices for awareness, demand generation, and engagement across strategic segments.
  • Lead event strategy—plan and execute key industry and Visa-hosted events (pre-event positioning, onsite activation, post-event follow-up).
  • Drive localization and adaptation of marketing and sales content and develop region-specific materials to support sales and partner conversations.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize effectiveness of marketing programs using insights to maximize ROI.
  • Key Internal Partners: Regional B2B Marketing Lead, Global and Regional Sales and Relationship Teams, Acceptance Solutions & Risk/Identity Teams, Marketing/Comms (Regional & Global), Analytics/Research, Finance.
  • Hybrid work model: days in-office confirmed by hiring manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (required).
  • 10+ years’ B2B marketing or communications experience.
  • Direct experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Technology preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep experience in marketing strategy, GTM planning, demand generation, and launching new products/solutions.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business/cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystem: merchants, banks, acquirer processors, fintechs, risk management stakeholders.
  • Executive presence; outstanding written/verbal communication and influence skills.
  • Highly collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills; data-driven, outcome-focused.
  • Experience working across global/regional teams; culturally aware.
