Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Regional VAS (Value-Added Services) field marketing with a focus on demand generation for seller-side audiences.
- Oversee planning and execution of all field marketing activities for Visa Value-Added Services in the CEMEA region; ensure initiatives support business growth and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and executive leaders to align marketing programs with business goals and drive new revenue, cross-sell, and upsell solutions.
- Translate business unit and product priorities into actionable regional marketing plans leveraging global models, driving awareness, demand generation, and engagement.
- Lead planning and execution of key industry and Visa-hosted events—pre-event positioning, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up for maximum client engagement.
- Localize and adapt marketing and sales content for unique regional and customer needs; develop region-specific materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing program effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Engage with internal partners including B2B Marketing leads, GTM sales/relationship teams, Acceptance Solutions and Risk teams, Marketing/Communications, Analytics, and Finance.
- Hybrid position with some days onsite in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Significant B2B marketing experience (min. 10 years)
- Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and demand generation
- Experience launching products and solutions
- Ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior business leaders/cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and solution-oriented
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in global and regional teams, culturally aware
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience within Financial Services, Payments, or Technology sectors
- Knowledge of payment ecosystem audiences: merchants, banks, fintechs, risk management stakeholders
- Experience supporting sales enablement and event marketing for enterprise/B2B
