Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage distributor accounts across Middle East and Africa (MEA) to ensure exceptional service and mutual growth.
  • Deliver sales targets, support sell-in/sell-out performance, and secure new distribution opportunities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for regional opportunities and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute plans and streamline processes.
  • Lead demand planning, forecast accuracy, and budget tracking for the region.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, share market insights, and present updates to leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in distributor or key account management, preferably in beverages, supplements, or FMCG.
  • Strong track record in meeting sales targets and growing distributor business.
  • Experience in or with Middle East markets (Africa exposure is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen to balance long-term growth with short-term performance.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
