Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team
- Organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Draft emails, memos and other executive communications
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events and internal projects
- Collect and organise data to support executive decision-making
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of executives
- Track tasks and ensure follow-up across departments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support as needed
