Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team
  • Organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Draft emails, memos and other executive communications
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events and internal projects
  • Collect and organise data to support executive decision-making
  • Communicate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of executives
  • Track tasks and ensure follow-up across departments
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Family Book
  • Diploma or Bachelor
  • Administrative experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • English & Arabic
  • Organisational skills
  • Time management
