Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support
  • Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements
  • Organize events as required

Requirements

  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant preferred
  • Experience creating documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Proficient in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook and call forwarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Familiarity with event organization
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
