Job description
Responsibilities
- Perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
- Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements
- Organize events as required
Requirements
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant preferred
- Experience creating documents and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficient in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook and call forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Familiarity with event organization
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
