Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (cash & accrual)
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Administrate operational costs and prepare monthly statements per apartment
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Monitor and manage financial performance against budgets
  • Manage contracts, including tracking start and end dates
  • Generate portfolio performance reports on OTAs
  • Perform checks on supplier invoices and prepare them for payment
  • Manage utility subscriptions and payments
  • Prepare WPS files for salaries
  • Monitor abundant subscriptions
  • Develop and enhance financial controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and management
  • Proficient in Google Sheets; familiar with QuickBooks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently in a remote work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the short-term rental (STR) sector
  • Knowledge of OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com
