Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage the D2C promotional and trade marketing calendar.
- Analyze the success of trade plans and product launches using quantitative KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end content planning, editorial calendar, and content briefing process.
- Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Lead and expand social commerce initiatives.
- Manage and optimize international SEO strategies.
- Partner closely with Retention, Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years working on eCommerce, web service, or D2C brand.
- Proven experience in eCommerce marketing.
- Expertise in social commerce and content creation.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in SEO and digital user experience principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working within the beauty industry preferred.
