Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Google Ads accounts for multiple e-commerce clients, ensuring optimization for growth and profitability.
- Launch, optimize, and scale non-brand search, shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Lead client calls, deliver clear performance insights, and set strategic expectations.
- Allocate ad budgets data-drivenly, focusing on high-performing campaigns.
- Implement structured Performance Max builds, test asset groups, and leverage audience insights to elevate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy and media assets.
- Execute A/B testing for bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
- Utilize Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and platform insights for impactful optimizations.
- Adapt strategies in line with Google algorithm updates and new campaign or automation features.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of hands-on Google Ads management for high-budget e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong client-facing communication and data explanation skills.
- Proficient in data analysis to drive marketing optimizations and improve ROAS.
- Ability to proactively identify and rectify inefficiencies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Demonstrated drive to scale accounts and implement continuous performance improvements.
- Experience with YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Shopping and feed optimization.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for ad performance.
