Graduate Project Coordinator (UAE Nationals Only)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in project delivery
• Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Design Team
• Develop and manage project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports
• Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
• Manage daily program activities throughout the project life cycle
• Define program governance and controls
• Plan and monitor the overall program progress
• Manage the program's budget
• Identify and address risks and issues
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
• Optimize resource utilization across projects
• Manage stakeholder communication
• Align project deliverables with program outcomes in collaboration with the business change manager
• Oversee main program documentation, including the program initiation document

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates in 2024 or 2025 (eligible for Graduate Program)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in client-facing work
• Only open to UAE Nationals with a family book (per Emiratisation/UAE labour law)
