Job Description
Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, features, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa promotions, and other properties.
- Take personal responsibility for service delivery and attitude, ensuring the highest standard at all times.
- Ensure all issues related to guest satisfaction are resolved and follow-up is completed promptly.
- Proactively suggest and implement innovative alternatives to meet guest needs.
- Build strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Computer skills in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic is an asset
- Experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS)
