Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the product analytics team to deliver high-impact, actionable insights
  • Oversee the user research function and embed customer insights throughout the product lifecycle
  • Partner with product, design and engineering to define success metrics and measurement plans
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and data infrastructure to support self-serve and strategic analytics
  • Design and evaluate experiments and causal analyses to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Define and maintain a consistent tracking/event taxonomy across the product
  • Forecast trends, identify new opportunities for leveraging data, and communicate clear narratives to stakeholders
  • Create scalable processes for insight delivery; balance ad-hoc analysis with long-term learning goals
  • Coach and grow analytics and research talent; promote analytics literacy and robust data governance

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience
