Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end HR processes globally, including onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance and payroll accuracy in partnership with local EOR providers.
  • Drive operational excellence in HRIS management, data accuracy, and automation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed People team (Talent Acquisition Manager, 5 TA Partners, and 1 HR Operations Coordinator).
  • Promote collaboration between talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in multiple markets.
  • Refine hiring processes alongside TA Manager, ensuring efficiency, equity, and candidate experience.
  • Maintain smooth onboarding in collaboration with teams and external partners.
  • Lead company-wide performance management and support managers in coaching and talent development.
  • Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure competitive, equitable compensation globally.
  • Maintain legal compliance for all employment types.
  • Own contract management and employee documentation.
  • Foster company culture and connection across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Ensure clear, culturally inclusive policies and communications.
  • Lead engagement, belonging, and well-being initiatives with the operations manager.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design and people strategy.
  • Provide data-driven insights and quarterly people reports.
  • Continuously evolve People function for future growth.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record leading HR operations and talent acquisition in global/multi-country environments.
  • Strong understanding of global employment models, EOR partnerships, and contractor management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic vision balanced with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with international HR partners.
  • Knowledge of employment law in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, data-driven people operations, ATS (Ashby), or HRIS (Deel).
