Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve end-to-end HR processes across all regions, from onboarding and payroll to offboarding.
  • Partner with local providers (EOR and payrollers) to ensure compliance, payroll accuracy, and seamless local support.
  • Drive operational excellence in HRIS management, data accuracy, and process automation.
  • Ensure global consistency in people practices while respecting local legal frameworks.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed People team, including a Talent Acquisition Manager, five Talent Acquisition Partners, and an HR Operations Coordinator.
  • Set priorities, mentor, and promote collaboration between talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and ensure smooth onboarding via in-house teams and EOR partners.
  • Lead performance management, support managers in talent development, and champion engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll in coordination with finance and local partners, ensuring competitive, equitable compensation and legal compliance for all employee types.
  • Manage contract and employee documentation across all regions.
  • Strengthen company culture, ensure inclusive policies, and drive engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, people strategy, and scaling operations. Deliver data-driven insights and quarterly people reports.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in global HR operations and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of global employment models, EOR partnerships, and contractor management
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with international HR partners
  • Knowledge of employment law across EMEA and APAC
  • Familiarity with HRIS and data-driven people operations
  • Experience with Ashby (ATS) or Deel (HRIS)
