Job description
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data across domains such as utilization, headcount, turnover, recruitment, engagement, and diversity.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making, workforce planning, and performance tracking.
- Maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools according to business needs.
- Monitor competition and market benchmarks.
- Maintain master employee and contractor files/databases.
- Design surveys to assess initiative performance and employee satisfaction.
- Support the execution of key HR projects and initiatives; recommend solutions based on data insights.
- Play an active role in project direction by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Design and develop professional, visually compelling slide decks for multiple audiences, including leadership.
- Translate data/HR insights into clear visuals and narratives; support data-driven storytelling.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement; support HR system/tool integration and optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate HR projects and services.
- Act as a thought partner to HR/business stakeholders, explaining the story behind the data.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/data visualization proficiency
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; demonstrable experience designing presentations
- Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail; focus on accuracy and quality
- Collaborative mindset; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data contextually and generate actionable insights
