HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data across domains such as utilization, headcount, turnover, recruitment, engagement, and diversity.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making, workforce planning, and performance tracking.
• Maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools according to business needs.
• Monitor competition and market benchmarks.
• Maintain master employee and contractor files/databases.
• Design surveys to assess initiative performance and employee satisfaction.
• Support the execution of key HR projects and initiatives; recommend solutions based on data insights.
• Play an active role in project direction by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose initiatives to improve employee experience.
• Design and develop professional, visually compelling slide decks for multiple audiences, including leadership.
• Translate data/HR insights into clear visuals and narratives; support data-driven storytelling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement; support HR system/tool integration and optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate HR projects and services.
• Act as a thought partner to HR/business stakeholders, explaining the story behind the data.
