HRIS Implementation Manager, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HRIS platform.
• Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an optimal HRIS onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS Data Migration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and related software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll.
• Experience managing clients and team members across multiple countries and time zones.
