Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure track and trace software for clients
• Tailor system settings to meet local business practices and regulatory requirements
• Translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable steps for clients
• Oversee system integration, testing, onboarding, and ongoing support
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams
• Deliver training sessions and provide continuous functional and technical support
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT implementation or functional consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
• Solid understanding of business processes, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or regulatory compliance
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation, coordination, and issue-tracking capabilities
• Familiarity with APIs, integration workflows, and system testing methodologies
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); Arabic is a strong plus

• Experience in regulated industries
• Fluency in Arabic
