Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve real-time matching of Captains and Customers across verticals.
  • Drive improvements in supply-demand balance to reduce cancellations, wait times, and unfulfilled orders.
  • Increase order fulfillment and completion rates.
  • Design and implement dynamic pricing algorithms for optimal supply availability during peak/non-peak times.
  • Conduct elasticity studies to determine pricing and incentive sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data Science to assess financial impacts of pricing strategies.
  • Own ETA optimization, enhance supply positioning, dispatching and predictive allocation models.
  • Work with Engineering/Data Science to refine ETA prediction models (traffic, geography, behavior).
  • Diagnose and correct ETA performance deviations through targeted interventions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (matching efficiency, fulfillment rate, cancellations, ETA trends).
  • Lead A/B testing of matching strategies, pricing models, and dispatch optimizations.
  • Build comprehensive marketplace performance dashboards.
  • Serve as central alignment point between Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Act as the voice for customers and Captains in product decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional ceremonies to ensure alignment and drive key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science).
  • 7–10 years of experience in Product Management (tech, logistics, mobility, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms, dynamic pricing, or matching algorithms (advantage).
  • Strong analytical mindset; convert insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Proficient with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of marketplace mechanics and pricing strategies.
  • Experience leading A/B tests and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, ambiguous environments with a bias toward execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Deep experience in dynamic pricing and allocation algorithms.
