Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own regional marketing strategy and execution for marketplaces across the UAE and KSA
  • Localize global campaigns and manage media budgets for marketplace channels
  • Optimize marketplace presence: PDPs, brand stores, merchandising to increase visibility and conversion
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback to improve brand perception and engagement
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns (search & display) for performance goals
  • Act as primary liaison with marketplace partners, distributors and agencies
  • Analyze performance and marketplace trends; provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities in collaboration with Sales

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience
  • Digital / performance marketing
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon/Noon)
  • E‑commerce operations
  • PDP & merchandising
  • Paid search & display
  • Data & analytics
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Regional travel (up to 15%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating across GCC markets (UAE, KSA)
  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred)
  • Passion for fitness, health and consumer technology
  • Comfortable aligning regional and global priorities; strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai if required
