Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Grow and lead the local team by identifying, recruiting, hiring, and coaching Account Executives (AEs) from consultative or value-selling backgrounds.
  • Set up and cultivate a local partner ecosystem to deliver value and drive regional growth.
  • Establish and drive the enterprise sales motion leveraging MEDDPICC as a success framework.
  • Exhibit thought leadership and in-depth knowledge of the local buying process, Camunda’s product value, and reasons customers trust Camunda for mission-critical processes.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to design and deploy new solutions, product features, and pricing strategies for revenue acceleration.
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate manager/AE-level forecasting and maintaining Salesforce hygiene (opportunity stages, account plans, contract values, win/loss data).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience in the MEA region
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams to exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Proven experience in AE performance development and personal growth coaching
  • Strong ability to conduct C-level meetings and present value propositions at events
  • Effective in managing teams and pipelines via MEDDICC/value-selling frameworks
  • Proactivity, humility, and commitment to company values (FAITH)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Willingness and/or ability to use Camunda products
