Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the design, development, and continuous improvement of portfolio management tools for Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in CEMEA.
  • Collect and define business and technical requirements by working closely with Visa clients, VCA consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure tools align with client needs across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, portfolio migration, and risk optimization.
  • Manage third-party vendors responsible for developing and supporting portfolio optimization and campaign management tools.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for high quality, on-time implementations.
  • Partner with cross-functional Visa teams to ensure tool compliance with risk management, data security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, technical teams, and vendors for smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
  • Work directly with clients to gather feedback, identify portfolio growth opportunities, and translate needs into tool specifications.
  • Advise clients on best practices in card portfolio analytics, loyalty optimization, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years’ experience in consulting, technology-enabled transformation, portfolio management, or marketing technology
  • Track record in product management, campaign management, or marketing automation implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, campaign management, and marketing automation best practices
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Understanding of digital payments, loyalty programs, and premium card value propositions
  • Experience with vendor relationship and contract management
  • Familiarity with compliance processes in financial services
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French an advantage)
  • Experience in the CEMEA payments landscape
