Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Lead candidate onboarding operations
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, such as finance/accounts and background checking services
  • Own and administer the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an operations role
  • Experience in a consultancy or similar environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Experience working with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong relationship-building skills, internally and externally
