Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team to ensure operations activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Lead candidate onboarding operations
- Liaise with third-party vendors, such as finance/accounts and background checking services
- Own and administer the CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
- Professional experience in an operations role
- Experience in a consultancy or similar environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Experience working with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong relationship-building skills, internally and externally
