Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own performance across all paid acquisition channels (paid search, paid social, display, shopping, affiliates) for UAE & global markets
  • Partner with and manage performance marketing agency: brief, review, optimise and ensure delivery against KPIs
  • Define paid media strategy with Head of Ecommerce & Digital Growth, aligning budgets to commercial objectives
  • Forecast, plan and pace media budgets; reallocate spend based on performance and opportunity
  • Plan and run A/B tests, experiments and CRO initiatives to improve conversion and ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance, produce actionable insights and share learnings with Marketing and Go‑To‑Market teams
  • Coordinate paid activity with product launches, promotions and brand initiatives

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
