Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s schedule
- Provide personal and business travel support to the Founder worldwide (visas, hotels, transfers, etc.)
- Work directly with the Founder’s personal staff and monitor their performance
- Establish and maintain communication with international partners, banks, mass media, and local suppliers
- Participate in business meetings and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to C-Executives, founders, or HNWI
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Russian – native or fluent
- Extensive travel support and business assistance experience
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Positive, open-minded, deadline and result-oriented, able to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize
- Collaborative, responsible, well-organized, accurate, flexible, communicative, detail-oriented, energetic, and diplomatic
