Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Professionally onboard members, tailoring experiences to their individual needs and ensuring optimal engagement with the Ten service
  • Set standards in luxury service delivery and lead by example among Relationship Managers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, understanding and anticipating their needs
  • Establish re-engagement strategies for members with various usage patterns and resolve potential service roadblocks
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and specialists to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
  • Manage client requests with attention to deadlines, offering excellent options to maximize member satisfaction and convert requests into bookings
  • Promote Ten's wider business, actively engaging with internal specialists
  • Ensure administrative, research, and CRM updates related to members are accurate and up to date
  • Build strong networks with luxury suppliers and foster partnerships
  • Gather and act on member feedback to continuously improve service
  • Ensure opportunities for commercial commission are identified and pursued

Requirements

  • Arabic speaking candidates currently based in the UAE only
  • Native fluency in English and Arabic (written & oral)
  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury lifestyle management
  • Well-travelled with in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations
  • Strong knowledge of UHNW client expectations
  • Proven relationship management with clients and luxury partners
  • Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
  • CRM system experience
  • Local GCC expertise and familiarity
  • 'Can do' attitude and understanding of Arabic culture (GCC/MENA)
  • Flexible to work various shift patterns
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Deep empathy and ability to build member trust rapidly
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Analytical thinking with commercial awareness
  • Ability to drive high member satisfaction
  • For hybrid arrangements: secure, distraction-free home office and sufficient internet speed
