Responsibilities
- Professionally onboard members to Ten, tailored to their unique needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Set a high standard for luxury service, striving to positively impact wider servicing at Ten and lead by example.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), anticipate their preferences, and exceed expectations.
- Develop strategies for different member engagement levels, proactively reaching out to dormant users and identifying usage roadblocks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues for efficient service and knowledge sharing.
- Manage requests within deadlines, offering a curated range of options and maximizing bookings.
- Advocate for Ten’s services, engaging specialists and ensuring top standards.
- Maintain daily task organization so priorities are clear, even in your absence.
- Build relationships with suppliers and liaise with Ten’s internal specialists.
- Collect and leverage member feedback for service improvement.
- Ensure accurate administration and research using Ten’s CRM system.
- Identify and realize opportunities for commission.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker currently based in the UAE (mandatory)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written & oral is a must)
- At least 3 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle management
- Well-travelled with knowledge of luxury destinations worldwide
- Strong understanding of UHNWI expectations and demands
- Proven relationship building with clients, vendors, and partners in luxury services
- Professionalism and discretion in dealings with high-profile clients
- Experience with CRM systems
- Local expertise and familiarity with GCC market
- Strong understanding of Arabic (GCC/MENA) culture
- Flexibility with shifting work patterns
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Empathy and capacity to quickly build client trust
- Confidence in UHNW client relations
- Can-do, will-do attitude and ownership skills
- High level of member satisfaction focus and commercial service delivery awareness
- If within commuting distance to the office, must agree to a hybrid work arrangement (up to 60% home office)
- Secure and distraction-free home office with qualifying internet connection
