Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market plan for the B2C app launch, including positioning, messaging, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness to retention) across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to influence feature positioning, onboarding experience, and in-app engagement strategies
- Lead paid media campaigns (especially paid social and display), working with internal teams or agency partners to optimize performance
- Build and manage ongoing content marketing strategies and in-app communications
- Use customer insights and analytics to refine audience targeting, messaging, and channel mix
- Partner with creative teams to brief, develop, and iterate on campaign assets that resonate with target users
- Track and report KPIs on acquisition, conversion, and retention, driving continuous improvement through testing and iteration
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD
- Digitally native and data-informed
- Deep experience in B2C marketing tactics: paid social, content marketing, lifecycle communications, performance campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and test-and-learn mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years work experience with Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree or up to 3 years with a PhD
- 7 years in B2C product/growth marketing, ideally in startups, consumer apps, or digital-first environments
- Experience launching/scaling mobile apps or digital consumer product
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel strategies connecting brand messaging to performance goals
- Practical experience: paid social, content marketing, CRM/lifecycle campaigns, SEO
- Understanding of digital channels, mobile user behavior, and user acquisition best practices
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical and creative stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in consumer fintech or other fast-paced B2C sectors
