Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with internal processes and stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead high-priority projects from inception to completion, managing virtual teams focused on client transitions, tech transfers, and office expansions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, providing expert solutions and monthly risk/status reports to clients and executives.
  • Oversee resource planning, recruitment, training, and development of virtual teams.
  • Ensure departmental policies and procedures are adhered to throughout project delivery.
  • Support business development by assisting with client proposals, RFPs, and presenting services to secure new partnerships.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification
  • 10+ years project management experience
  • Experience in Fund Administration, Private Credit, Private Markets, or Asset Specialist roles
  • Skilled at running workshops, designing operating models, managing sessions, and leading tech workflow/whiteboarding sessions
  • Strong relationship management skills within the financial services sector
  • Proficient analytical skills in business analysis
