Responsibilities
- Market-making and optimal quoting of HL assets (CeFi and DeFi)
- Researching and building proprietary trading algorithms for high- and mid-frequency strategies on spot, perpetual, and futures/forwards markets
- Trading and hedging both cryptocurrencies and FX
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in quantitative research at a bank, asset manager, or trading firm
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Programming skills in Python
- Prior experience in building or researching trading algorithms
- Ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating with colleagues
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant hard science (e.g., math, statistics, astronomy, physics, quantitative finance)
- Passion for algorithmic trading
