Job description
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle visitor sign-in and issue visitor passes when required
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Respond to general inquiries from clients, customers, or employees
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- UAE national with a valid family book
- Fresher/Experience in any field is accepted
Benefits
- AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 + Nafis + Annual Benefits
- Hybrid work-from-home option (6 Months – 1days/9 months – 2days/12months – 3 days)
