Job description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle visitor sign-in and issue visitor passes when required
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients, customers, or employees

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English
  • UAE national with a valid family book
  • Fresher/Experience in any field is accepted

Benefits

  • AED 7,000 – AED 8,000 + Nafis + Annual Benefits
  • Hybrid work-from-home option (6 Months – 1days/9 months – 2days/12months – 3 days)
