Responsibilities

For Sourcing Specialist:
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases).
- Understand technical requirements for civil, mechanical, electrical and related disciplines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates.

For Onboarding Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for project and site-based hires.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and required documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin and project teams.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees and maintain employee records.
- Prepare regular onboarding status reports.
