Job description

Responsibilities

  • For Sourcing Specialist:

    • Source, screen and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases).
    • Understand technical requirements for civil, mechanical, electrical and related disciplines.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update candidate pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
    • Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • For Onboarding Specialist:

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding for project and site-based hires.
    • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and required documentation.
    • Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin and project teams.
    • Ensure smooth integration of new employees and maintain employee records.
    • Prepare regular onboarding status reports.
