Responsibilities

Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist:
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases
- Understand technical requirements across civil, mechanical, electrical and related disciplines
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for ongoing and future projects
- Conduct reference checks and communicate updates to candidates promptly

Recruiter – Onboarding Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for project and site-based hires
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and required documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin and project teams
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees on site and projects
- Maintain employee records and produce onboarding status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years recruitment experience (construction/engineering hiring mandatory)
- Proven sourcing experience for technical and site-based professionals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment remotely and multitask
- Must be currently based in the GCC (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain or Kuwait)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting large construction projects
- Familiarity with employer compliance for GCC countries
- Experience with contractor and project-site hiring
- Arabic language skills (advantage)
- Experience using niche construction engineering portals and databases
