Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Swedish and English.
Requirements
- Strong desire to create a unique experience for each customer.
- Professional/business level proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Experience providing Customer Support via inbound web messages.
- Ability to support 3-5 customers simultaneously.
Workspace Requirements
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above.
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
