Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation, setup, and deployment of trading algorithms.
- Assisting product managers in planning technical solutions.
- Mentoring engineering members and participating in code reviews.
- Reviewing performance metrics to optimize activities.
- Ensuring processes are well documented.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend coding experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
- Experience with Rust is essential.
- Familiarity or interest in trading and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Experience with non-EVM chains.
