Rust Engineer DeFi Innovation (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation, setup, and deployment of trading algorithms.
• Assisting product managers in planning technical solutions.
• Mentoring engineering members and participating in code reviews.
• Reviewing performance metrics to optimize activities.
• Ensuring processes are well documented.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend coding experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
• Experience with Rust is essential.
• Familiarity or interest in trading and financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DeFi, Web3, or a DAO.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience with non-EVM chains.
