Job description
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role supporting the Middle East region.
- Full proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset.
- Ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
- Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
- Active relationship builder and collaborator.

- Worked for an HR or Fintech company.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup.
- Successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.
