Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role supporting the Middle East region.
  • Full proficiency in English & Arabic.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset.
  • Ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
  • Active relationship builder and collaborator.

  • Worked for an HR or Fintech company.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup.
  • Successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.
