Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the global Sales Operations function, aligning commercial operations with strategic objectives and revenue targets.
  • Design, consolidate and present quarterly sales forecasts; maintain rolling weekly outlooks and pipeline reviews.
  • Perform forecast-to-actual variance analysis and identify corrective actions.
  • Own the sales incentive programme (SIP): design, administration, tracking and alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Establish sales governance, deal approval processes and executive dashboards (BIO reporting).
  • Build automated dashboards and scorecards using BI tools for leadership and board reporting.
  • Standardize global sales processes and drive CRM adoption and optimisation (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Develop sales playbooks, enablement resources and conduct regular sales performance deep-dives.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product & Technology on forecasting, go-to-market and product adoption.
  • Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team across multiple geographies.
