Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, creating and converting pipelines through outreach and relationship building.
  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from initial contact to negotiation and closing, focusing on high-revenue clients.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and executive teams to shape offerings for institutional market share.
  • Evaluate and activate new revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and trends in crypto and digital assets.
  • Build and refine client profiles to expand winning strategies across segments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies related to digital assets.
  • Ensure new clients meet compliance standards and do not pose reputational, regulatory, or financial risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in prime services, brokerage, or institutional finance (investment banking, trading, or asset management).
  • Track record of closing full-cycle sales with high-value institutional partners.
  • Knowledge or interest in crypto markets and institutional offerings (block trading, derivatives, OTC, etc).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and regulatory changes quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with crypto trading platforms, custody solutions, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Experience responding to RFIs and dealing with risk committees.
  • Previous work in highly regulated, strict compliance environments.
