Job Description

Camunda is hiring a Senior Global Integrated Campaigns Manager to operate from Dubai, UAE (hybrid). This role will lead integrated B2B campaigns to drive pipeline, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize channel performance for measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Location: Dubai, UAE — Hybrid (onsite collaboration and remote flexibility)
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and partner channels
  • Create and maintain the global campaign calendar, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs
  • Lead cross-functional campaign execution with sales, product, content, and regional teams to align on goals and timelines
  • Manage campaign budgets, schedules, vendors, and production to deliver on time and on budget
  • Implement demand generation and lead-nurturing programs to fill and accelerate the sales funnel
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, CAC, pipeline influence) and recommend optimizations
  • Coordinate content production with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SEM, display, paid social, and email best practices
  • Experience operating in global or regional (EMEA/APAC) go-to-market motions
