Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Conduct the full cycle of IT recruitment including developing search strategies, resume screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Interact with internal clients to determine job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Actively source candidates through various channels such as social networks, professional communities, and databases.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies for attracting talent.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure information is up to date.
• Assess professional and personal qualities of candidates; conduct interviews in English.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international IT recruitment.
• Experience in ML and NLP domain recruitment, strong expertise in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping is highly desirable.
• Proficient English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong leadership skills to effectively partner with hiring managers.
• High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented and able to influence others effectively.
• Hardworking and dedicated to delivering recruitment excellence.
• Willingness to work across different time zones (Australia, US, etc.).
