Responsibilities Work closely with People Operations and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and implement improvements. Collaborate to understand and translate strategy into a delivery roadmap. Define, evaluate, and deliver system enhancements to support process improvements.
Requirements 8+ years of system administration experience with leading HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of HRIS & global payroll processes and best practices.
